Fraser Hart strongly believe in investing in their people.  We were asked to become involved in a major internal branding project.  We worked with their senior management team to develop a sustained brand-training programme for their retail staff.  This programme is underpinned by a luxurious manual that each staff member receives to assist them track their career development. The success of this project has allowed Fraser Hart achieve a greater level of consistent customer service excellence across their network.
